CHEF HANANE’S TIP
Finely chop a little preserved lemon and add it to marinades, dressings or sauces. For a classic Moroccan dish, pair it with chicken, green olives and fresh herbs.

HOW MUCH TO USE
Start with ¼–½ preserved lemon, finely chopped, and adjust to taste. A little goes a long way.
